Payment policy

Automóviles H.M. Asturias S.L. lets you pay for vehicles securely by bank card. This policy describes the payment terms.

1. Accepted payment method: bank card

We accept the main credit and debit cards through a secure payment gateway integrated into the website. Payment is requested in euros (€).

• Your card details are entered on the payment gateway's secure page and transmitted encrypted.

• Automóviles H.M. Asturias S.L. never stores your card details.

• Your issuing bank may require strong authentication (3-D Secure).

2. Order confirmation

An order is only confirmed when the payment gateway reports that payment is complete and we verify it. You will receive a confirmation email. Until then the order is considered pending.

3. Large amounts

Online card payment is not available for amounts above €76,000. For those vehicles, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.

4. Security and verification

To prevent electronic fraud, Automóviles H.M. Asturias S.L. reserves the right to verify the data provided by the customer and to take appropriate measures, including cancelling the order and fully refunding the amount paid, so that the vehicle is delivered in accordance with the order details and to the person who made the payment.

5. Invoicing

After payment confirmation we will issue the invoice with the billing details provided. Please check they are correct before completing the order.

6. Payment issues

If your payment is declined or charged twice, contact us at contacto@deocasion.online with your order reference and we will resolve it.
