Terms of sale

These Terms of Sale govern the distance purchase of vehicles through this website from Automóviles H.M. Asturias S.L. (Tax ID B74460528).

1. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (€), taxes included unless stated otherwise, and are those in force at the time of the order. The final price is shown before payment.

2. Vehicle information

Each listing shows make, model, trim, year, mileage, fuel, transmission, condition, availability, specifications and price. Images may be illustrative of the model.

3. Purchase process

The customer adds the vehicle to the cart, provides their details, accepts these terms and pays by card. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and we communicate acceptance of the order by email.

4. Availability

Vehicles are subject to availability. If a vehicle becomes unavailable after the order, we will notify you and fully refund the amount paid.

5. Payment

Payment is made according to the Payment Policy. We reserve the right to verify the buyer's identity and to cancel orders on suspicion of fraud, with a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery follows the Shipping & Delivery Policy: processing in 0 to 1 day and delivery in 1 to 7 days.

7. Returns and refunds

The customer has 30 days from receipt to return the vehicle, and the refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after the return is accepted, according to the Returns and Refund Policies.

8. Legal guarantee

Vehicles are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by consumer law. Any manufacturer or seller commercial warranties are stated in the listing or vehicle documentation.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Asturias have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's statutory venue.
