Shipping & delivery

This policy describes the processing and delivery times and conditions for vehicles.

1. Processing time

We process each order within 0 to 1 business day of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery time

Delivery takes place within 1 to 7 days of processing. We will inform you by email or phone of the expected date and of any delay.

3. Delivery areas

We deliver to Europe and the Americas. If your country is not available, contact us before ordering.

4. Delivery costs

Any delivery cost will be shown before you pay. No additional undisclosed costs will be applied.

5. Receiving the vehicle

On delivery, inspect the vehicle with the carrier or delivery staff and note in writing any damage or discrepancy with the order. Tell us as soon as possible at contacto@deocasion.online.

6. Documentation

The necessary documentation (invoice, vehicle documents and available manuals) will be delivered with the vehicle. The buyer is responsible for registration and transfer formalities in their country.

7. Delays and force majeure

Times may be affected by causes beyond our control (customs, weather, strikes or other force majeure). In that case we will notify you and agree on a solution.
