Refunds

This policy explains when and how we refund the amounts paid.

1. Refund period

Once a return is accepted, we refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 days.

2. Refund method

The refund is made using the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card). The time your bank takes to show it depends on the issuing institution.

3. Amount refunded

The vehicle price and any delivery costs paid are refunded, except for deductions that apply under the Returns Policy and the law.

4. Cancellations before delivery

If you cancel the order before delivery, or we cancel it (lack of availability, payment or security verification), we refund the full amount within the same maximum of 14 days.

5. How to check the status

Write to contacto@deocasion.online with your order reference and we will tell you the status of your refund.
